V-TAI is a Chinese commercial-cleaning-equipment company with a parent-subsidiary structure. We focus on one thing: industrial commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment, engineered to satisfy the audit-grade hygiene requirements of global food production.

Corporate structure

Our business is operated under two legal entities — this is a standard structure for Chinese export manufacturers, and we want our buyers to understand it from day one:

• Shenzhen Vtai Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. (深圳市威泰电器有限公司) — the V-TAI parent brand. Customer-facing operations: sales, engineering review, customer support, after-sales service, the global service partner network across 40+ countries. This is who you sign your contract with. • Zhaoqing Hongxiang Machinery Co., Ltd. (肇庆弘翔机械) — the manufacturing subsidiary. Operates our 8,000 m² smart factory in the Pearl River Delta, Guangdong. All CE, ISO 9001:2015, and China Food Safety certificates are held under this legal entity because that's the entity that runs the production lines.
