Scenario summary

A frozen ready-meal plant running cook-chill production uses GN1/1 and GN2/1 hotel pans as the primary food-contact carrier from the steam-jacketed kettle line through blast-chill into portioning. Audit cycle log: what BRC AA-grade auditors see
